Policy for your region

United States (CCPA / CPRA & state laws)

Based on your location, the following laws apply to the collection and use of your personal information:

State privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others)

1. These terms

These terms govern your use of timehub.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Consumer protection law in your country cannot be overridden by these terms, and where a term conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that right wins.

2. Your account

Where you register, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in your local display currency for convenience; the amount you are charged is the equivalent in the store's settlement currency at checkout, which is always shown before you pay. We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after charging you, we refund in full and promptly.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right in line with our delivery and returns policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Consumer buyers may cancel or return orders within the period and on the terms required by the law applying to them (where applicable, 14 days from receipt for distance sales — by default we allow 30 days). Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received or, where allowed, once the return is confirmed. See our returns policy for details.

6. Reviews and user content

You may submit reviews and content you have the right to post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the store. Content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing may be removed.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site in ways that breach the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data, or scrape it at scale. We log and, where appropriate, report abusive or unauthorized access attempts to the relevant authorities.

8. Liability

We provide the store with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable where we are established, without affecting your mandatory consumer protections where you live. For consumers in the EU, the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing here stops you from taking a dispute to your local court where the law allows.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes affecting existing orders will be notified to you; changes to the site's terms in general take effect on posting.
