What we collect — and the point of it
We believe in collecting as little as possible. What you share with us is used only to process your order or answer your question:
- To buy: your name, shipping address and email go to our payment processor (Stripe or NOWPayments) and our fulfillment provider — only to pay you in, deliver your item and confirm it with you. We don't store your card details; card data is handled entirely by Stripe's secure checkout.
- To contact us: the name, email and message you type into the contact form or send by email are used to reply to you. Automated replies are sent from our support mailboxes.
- To improve: we keep a small internal log of events (order references, amounts, categories of enquiries) — never your identity, email, address or message content — so we can report on the shop without touching your data.
Where your data goes
Data is processed by: Stripe (Payments), NOWPayments (crypto payments), and shipping/fulfillment providers who receive only what's needed to deliver your order. All are independent data controllers or processors for the services they provide; we ask the minimum of each.
Cookies & tracking
TimeHub sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no tracking pixels. A small localStorage entry keeps your shopping cart on your own device; nothing is sent anywhere from it except the items you choose to buy.
How long we keep things
Order records remain with our payment providers and in the mailbox they were sent to, for as long as required for fulfillment, tax and legal records (up to the period required by law). Support emails are subject to your right to erasure below.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK or elsewhere with similar rights, you can request access, correction, export, or erasure of your personal data. Send the request to info@timehub.com — we honour all of these within the timeframes the law allows, and erasure of anything we hold is the default outcome of the request.
Security
The site runs encrypted (HTTPS) end-to-end, our server applies security headers and hardens access, and we never log account details, card data or message bodies. If you ever believe anything has gone wrong with your data, tell us — we take breach reporting and response seriously.
