30-day returns

Every TimeHub order comes with a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your timekeeper, send it back — no questions asked.

How to start a return

1. Reply to your order confirmation email, or write to help@timehub.com.
2. Include your order reference (starts with "th-") and the reason for the return.
3. We email return instructions within one business day.

Condition

Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging. Minor wear from handling is fine.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days:

• Card orders — refunded via Stripe to the original card.
• Crypto orders — refunded via the same cryptocurrency and network where possible, at the value at the time of the original payment; otherwise credited by mutual agreement.

Damaged or wrong items

We're sorry — contact us with photos and your order reference and we'll replace the item or refund you, including shipping.

Non-returnable

Watches that have been worn and adjusted cannot be returned unless faulty.
