Terms of service

Effective: September 2026.

1. The shop

TimeHub (timehub.com) sells physical timekeeping products. Product pages describe each item as accurately as we can; minor differences between a photo and the physical item are possible. Prices are shown in US dollars and inclusive of no hidden fees for card payments.

2. Orders & payment

An order becomes a contract when payment is successfully processed. We accept cards via Stripe and cryptocurrencies via NOWPayments. Crypto payments carry a transparent 15% convenience surcharge (covering the gateways' fees, volatility risk and network costs) shown before you pay. All payments are final once processed; cancellations follow our Returns policy.

3. Shipping

Dispatch within 2 business days; delivery in 7–14 business days. If an order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, we investigate and replace or refund. See the Shipping policy for full detail.

4. Returns & refunds

30-day returns, no questions asked, per the Returns policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

5. Availability

We hold no inventory: items are dispatched by fulfillment partners. If a product becomes unavailable after you've paid, we refund you in full and tell you immediately — we never substitute without asking.

6. Accuracy

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but we're not liable for minor typographical errors, and we reserve the right to correct prices if a gross error occurred, refunding any difference.

7. International customers

You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes your country applies. Laws of your place of residence regarding consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
