Shipping policy

Delivery times

Orders dispatch from our fulfillment partners within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days worldwide. A confirmation email is sent at checkout, and tracking details follow as soon as the courier provides them.

Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over $49.
• Flat $6.95 shipping on orders under $49.
• Customs and import duties (where applicable) may be charged by your local customs authority at delivery — they are not included in our prices.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide through our fulfillment network. If the checkout accepts your address, we deliver there.

Delays

Occasionally couriers or customs slow a delivery down. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact sales@timehub.com with your order reference and we'll investigate — and if it's genuinely lost, we'll replace it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake before dispatch, reply to your order email immediately and we'll correct it.
